At different times we experience unresolved past and new experiences that affect our sense of clarity and balance. We struggle with external and internal stressors that hinder our path. The stressors may be due to past experiences that have not yet been processed. The stressors may be due to current situations, including, work, family, school, financial situation, or self-doubt. My job is to provide a safe, empathic environment for you to explore forgotten resources or repressed experiences in order to make your path smoother.

I provide confidential, professional treatment for various issues, including, ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Loss & Grief, Self-Esteem, Parenting Support, Anger Management, Stress Management, Assertion Training, and Behavior Modification.  My therapy practice serves individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, family therapy, and couples therapy.

I am committed in providing you with an environment for self-exploration where we can together reflect on past experiences, current challenges, and symptoms, in order to develop adaptive coping skills. Therapy is tailored exclusively to each individuals needs.

Come find a different path where life's challenges are faced and conquered and hope is seen in the horizon.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, with a sub-emphasis in children and adolescents.  With over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, and as a graduate of the California School of Professional Psychology, I currently serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.

In addition to private practice, I have a wide range of experience in working with individuals ranging from early childhood, to late adulthood in various treatments settings, including, psychiatric hospitals, private practice, community mental health agencies, and school-based settings.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in treatment with clients, although my style may be eclectic, depending on the needs of the client(s). Through a variety of therapeutic approaches, I offer clients clear ways to achieve realistic goals.
